‘Big Brother US’ Season 17 Alum Meg Dishes On Her ‘Engagement’ To James

"Big Brother 17" cast member Meg Maley recently talked about her experiences on the hit CBS reality TV show, as well as her relationship with former cast member James Huling.

Throughout the entire season, fan-favorite James has always been vocal of his fondness and attraction to Meg. However, the latter has always told him that they can only be friends.

"James is the kid in the first grade that likes to pick his nose and smears it on the face of the girl he likes. So I don't know if there are fireworks for me and James," she told People.

During one episode of the show, James told his other houseguests jokingly that he and Meg are already engaged. At one point, he even looked straight to the camera and joked that his relationship with Meg is already official.

Meanwhile, during Meg's interview, James surprised his former housemate with a call via Skype.

"We're getting engaged and we're going to get married. Meg, you know you can't get rid of me like that!" James said in the video.

When asked if he's already giving up on trying to win Meg's heart, James said "no" because he likes the thrill of the chase.

Meg then revealed that she will be visiting him in his hometown in a couple more weeks.

Even though Meg and James' relationship didn't progress into a romantic one while they were still in the house, they became one of the best allies on the show.

Meg and James remained loyal to one another throughout the entire competition.

In fact, after Meg left the Big Brother house, James was immediately booted off by his houseguests during the surprise double eviction.

"Big Brother US" season 17 ended in September with James winning $25,000 as a fan favorite. Steve Moses won this season, and brought home $500,000.
