While in the jury house, Paulie appeared to realign with Zakiyah, however the restored relationship didn't sit well with Da'Vonne. At that point, things truly warmed up when the two ousted Houseguests clashed in a contention that raised immediately when the elder Calafiore brother questioned Mama Day's parenting skills.
The other Season 18 jury members sat peacefully, in silence, watching the argument unfold.

Once he decided that his feelings for Shelli Poole were more important than money, Clay Honeycutt basically stopped playing. James Huling didn’t take kindly to this, and approached Clay about the situation.
Things escalated when Clay fired back with threats, which led to James getting all up in Clay’s face. The showdown may have had something to do with the resounding votes to evict Clay.
