'BB17' Spoilers: James Wins POV; Julia Becomes Replacement Nominee

"Big Brother US" season 17 will air two exciting episodes on Wednesday and Thursday night.
After being put up for eviction, James won the Power of Veto (POV) in the game of hide and seek and used it to save himself from eviction.
This means that this week's Head of Household (HOH) Vanessa has to pick one house guest to stand in James' place.
Earlier this week, Vanessa voiced out her desire to align with Johnny Mac and Steve because she believes that she will have a bigger chance at winning the $500,000 if she works with them.
This means that at one point, Vanessa has to turn her back on the alliance she previously made with Austin and the twins, Liz and Julia.
Although Vanessa has been regarded as one of season 17's strongest and wisest players, she currently has two game options to consider.
Vanessa could either make a big move and target one member of the "Austwins" or put one of them up as a pawn and evict Meg.
This week's HOH also considered putting Steve up as a replacement nominee, but he will ultimately just be a pawn to evict Meg.
At one point during the episode, Julia told Steve that she is willing to become a replacement nominee to prove her loyalty to him.
Julia was later on named as replacement nominee, but it is unclear whether or not she will be backdoored this week. Vanessa's hands could be bloodless at the moment because Julia said she's willing to be a pawn this week.
However, there's still a chance for her to be the one evicted from the Big Brother house if Vanessa, Steve and Johnny Mac will all be willing to make big game moves this week.
"Big Brother US" airs Sundays, Wednesdays and Thursdays on CBS.
